Because the FAJAS are intimate garments all FAJAS purchases are FINAL, NO Refund, NO Returns or Exchange, NO EXCEPTIONS! For health reasons and to guarantee the safety of all our customers.

On purchases of Dresses, Jeans and Tops If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help Only with an Exchange for the same product or same value, No Returns or Refund.

You have 5 calendar days to Exchange an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a Exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for Exchange your item.
Shipping costs are non refundable.
